1. Refund Policy Overview

At blog.haus ("Company"), customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a refund according to the following policy.

2. Full Refund (Within 7 Days)

You can receive a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your first paid subscription payment.

Refund requests can be made by emailing bamchi@gmail.com or through the 'Customer Support' menu in your dashboard.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of the request.

3. After 7 Days

After 7 days from your first payment, we do not offer prorated refunds.

If you cancel your subscription, you can continue using the service until the end of your billing period.

No charges will be made on your next billing date after cancellation.

4. Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual subscriptions are also eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the first payment.

After 7 days, no refunds are provided, but you can continue using the service for the remainder of your subscription period.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations

- Fraudulent use of the service

- Re-registering after receiving a refund and requesting another refund

6. Plan Downgrade

When downgrading from a higher plan to a lower plan, the new pricing takes effect after your current billing period ends.

Blogs or features that exceed the new plan's limits will be deactivated after a 3-day grace period.
