Users retain ownership of content they post on the Service.

The Company may use user content for service operation and promotion purposes, with prior user consent.

The Company may restrict or suspend service in cases including: violation of these Terms, interference with service operations, or other circumstances deemed necessary by the Company.

The Company may temporarily suspend services due to force majeure events, emergencies, or technical issues.

The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, or telecommunications provider outages.

The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by user negligence.

The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information posted by users.

The Company will handle user complaints and disputes in good faith.

Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Company's headquarters are located.
